3 가상환자 생성 모델 연구의 동향 장동엽, 김창업 2019.12.30 ~ 학회지
Objectives With the development of the Internet of things and big data, it becomes possible to analyze large medical records. However, a lack of data and a risk of private information disclosure act as a barrier to this possibility, and generat- ing synthetic patient records can be used as an alternative to circumvent this limitation. In this paper, we reviewed the re- searches on the rapidly developing synthetic patient records.
Methods We searched for articles that studied the synthetic patient records and sorted them according to data types,
generation methods and evaluation methods.
Results The types of synthetic patient data could be largely divided into binary, ordinal, image, and sequential data. But the studies of models that could handle a dataset of several mixed types were relatively scarce, and more researches are needed. In terms of generation methods, researches could be divided into researches about rule-based models and da- ta-driven model, and the data-driven models could be divided into classical machine learning and deep learning models. The criteria for evaluating the model were largely the reproducibility and risk of privacy disclosure. Both quantitative evalu- ation and qualitative evaluation were used to evaluate the reproducibility, on the other hand, most the studies lacked pri- vacy assessments and it needs to be supplemented in future studies.
Conclusions Applying methods for generating synthetic patient records to Korean traditional medical data will facilitate
the data science researches of Korean traditional medicine and this can be an opportunity to understand the structure of Korean traditional medical data.

In order to define the pulse type, the relevant contents were reviewed in literature, and the Elements analysis method for analyzing the pulse type according to the components and the Unit pulse type corresponding to the basic pulse type were proposed. The pulse can be analyzed by 9 elements such as pulse width, pulse shape, pulse depth, pulse length, pulse strength, pulse fluctuation, pulse ratio, pulse rhythm, pulse speed, and it can be interpreted by 20 unit pulse types such as floating-deep, slow-rapid, long-short, big-thin, empty-full, wiry-tight, slippery-choppy, hollow-leather-confined, hasty-knotted-intermittent. In addition, it was found that the combined pulse type composed of various units can be ana- lyzed and expressed through the unit pulse type.

Growth hormone in adults reduce body fat and increase body muscle and bone density, so they are associated with anti-aging. Cardiovascular mortality in adults with deficiency of growth hormone can rise to twice in normal adults. Because
the low level of growth hormone is directly related to the aging of blood vessels, hormone therapy can be a solution for
blood vessel health in the elderly. Hormone therapy was effective in reducing subcutaneous fat and visceral fat, growing
muscle, improving motor skills, and improving heart function for adult patients with deficiency of growth hormone. If the
elderly gets hormone therapy with a balanced diet and exercise, they can live a healthy life.
