234 전방 경추 추간판 제거술 및 유합술 후 악화된 연하곤란 환잔에 대한 한방복합치료 증례보고 1례 윤유준, 김종인, 홍예진, 김용석 2022-01 ~ 학회지
Objectives : The purpose of this study is to show the effectiveness of combined korean medical treatment for patients with exacerbated dysphagia after anterior cervical discectomy and fusion(ACDF).
Methods : A 62-year-old male patient was treated with combined Korean medical treatment(Acupuncture, Electro-Acupuncture, Cupping, Pharmacopuncture, Chu-na, Herbal medi ci ne) every day, from May 13, 2022 to May 20, 2022. Changes of the sympt oms was measured by Numerical Rating Scale(NRS), Hospital for special surgery dysphagia and dysphonia Inventory (HSS-DDI), MD Anderson Dysphagia Inventory(MDADI).
Results : After 8 days of treatment, NRS, HSS-DDI, MDADI was improved.
Conclusions : As a result, it is suggested that traditional complex Korean medical treatment may be effective against worsening dysphagia after cervical surgery.

233 Research Trends on Korean Medicine Treatment for Ossification of Posterior Longitudinal Ligament 장원석, 권오빈, 이동환, 배인수, 윤경영, 윤준흠, 황동욱, 장선우, 구강모, 임유라 2022-01 ~ 학회지
Objectives : The purpose of this review is to investigate research trends on Korean medicine treatment for ossification of posterior longitudinal ligament
Methods : Three Korean databases (KISTI, OASIS, RISS) and two international databases (PubMed, CNKI) were searched for papers published after 2002, and the papers were analyzed by journal, intervention, and outcome.
Results : A total of 10 eligible papers were reviewed, including 8 case reports and 2 case series with 3 patients. All eligible papers were published in Korea and encompassed 11 different types of treatment, with acupuncture being the most commonly used treatment; 13 different measurements were used, with ROM of the cervical spine being the most commonly used measurement.
Conclusions : This study showed that Korean medicine could bean effective treatment for ossification of posterior longitudinal ligament. However, this study has several limits such as the number of studies included and the weak level of evidence. Further investigations using pre-designed studies such as randomized controlled trials are required to obtain stronger evidence.

232 양측 수부 근력저하를 호소하는 외상성 척수손상 환자에 대한 한방복합치료 증례보고 1례 이훈구, 김용석, 이승훈, 이재동 2022-01 ~ 학회지
Objectives : The purpose of this study is to report the effect of Korean Medical treatment for patient with motor weakness in both hand.
Methods : A 79-year-old male patient diagnosed with traumatic spinal cord injury was treated by acupuncture and neuromuscular electrical stimulation(NMES) on both arm, from 5th February, 2022 to 9th February, 2022. Patient’s symptom and quality of life were evaluated based on Grip strength, Grip and release test, EuroQol-5 dimension (EQ-5D).
Results : After 5 days of admission treatments, the patient’s Grip strength, EQ-5D were not improved. However, in the Grip and release test, the right hand improved from 10.2 to 15.5 times per 10 seconds, and the left hand improved from an average of 9.7 times per 10 seconds to 11.5 times per 10 seconds.
Conclusions : The results suggest that Korean Medical treatments including acupuncture and NMES could be considered for bilateral upper limb weakness following spinal cord injury. But more cases and researches are needed to evaluate the significancy of Korean Medicine treatments for spinal cord injury.

231 교통사고 후 양하지 이상감각을 호소하는 하지불안증후군 환자의 한방 복합치료 치험 1례 이지수, 전형선, 전현준, 주성준, 서승민, 염혜원 2022-01 ~ 학회지
Objective : This study investigated the effects of electroacupuncture on Restless Legs Syndrome with abnormal sense in a 75-year-old male patient.
Methods : Electroacupuncture was performed at two acupoints(SP9, SP6) selected to reduce abnormal sense in both leg. The patient’s symtoms were assessed by Abnormal Sense Diary, Vi sual Anal ogue Scale(VAS), Korean version of International Restless Legs Scale(IRLS-K), RLS quality of life questionnaire(RLSQoL), Korean version of Insomnia Severity Index(ISI-K).
Results : After 10 days of treatment, the range and extent of patient’s subjective symptoms were decreased. The VAS, IRLS-K, RLSQoL and ISI-K scores improved throughout the treatment period and afterwards.
Conclusions : The results suggest that electroacupuncture treatments at SP9, SP6 can be effective for reducing abnormal sense in both legs.
