Objectives : While running the Lou Gehrig Center and clinic and thinking about various experiences and patient management methods, I published two books focusing on LouGehrig's disease patient guide book for patients published in the United States, which I would like to introduce.
Methods : A summary was made focusing on two books: the Lou Gehrig's disease patient management guide for clinicians and the diagnosis and treatment clinical management guide for patients with Lou Gehrig's disease.
Results : Patients' prognosis should be judged and treated, focusing on ALSFRS scores and CK level and excessive high-intensity exercise is avoided and continuous low-intensity exercise is needed.
Conclusions : The final goal of patient management and treatment is to maintain a high quality of life by alleviating symptoms, suppressing progress, and improving physical trength.

The purpose of this study was to report the results of treatment of the Keratosis Pilaris occuring three years ago. The patient was treated with acupuncture, Snake Venom Pharmacopuncture and Saenghyeolyunbueum prescription from May 21 to September 17, 2021. In the skin, pigmentation due to capillary dilatation was reduced, and the black nodules in the skin pores were eliminated.
These results suggest that Snake Venom Pharrmacopuncture is effective for Kertosis Pilaris, and more research will be needed to prove its effectiveness.

Hand eczema is one of the most common skin disease in clinical practice that seriously interferes personal relationships and negatively affects quality of life.
However, there are no ideal treatments for hand eczema. We describe the patients who presented with hand eczema to report the clinical effectiveness of the baekhwajawoongo as an ointment. A 30-year-old man presenting to the clinic with symptoms such as redness, pain, dryness and itching on both the hands was diagnosed with hand eczema. The patient applied Korean herbal ointment named Baekhwajawoongo for about a month. After treatment, the size of eczema lesions were remarkably improved in hotography before after. This outcomes suggest that ointment named Bakehwajawoongo could be effectiveness for treatment of hand eczema; however, further research is needed to support this finding.
